Application
The client submits a fully and truthfully completed application form. The client gives all parties involved, i.e., the pharmacy (and its medication packager) and Innospense permission to share data about medication moments. This data will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the client.
Personal data that we process
Medido processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. We cannot, however, verify whether a visitor is over 16. For certain parts of our service, you first have to register. When you register, we save the personal details you have provided us with via your chosen username. Medido does not make decisions about issues that can have (significant) consequences for people, based on automated processing. These means decisions which are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Medido) being involved.
HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA
Medido does not keep your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary in order to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for personal data:
Newsletter: For as long as the person is a customer of Medido. A link at the bottom of the newsletter allows the subscriber to unsubscribe from the newsletter system.
Quotation and contact requests: This personal data will remain in our online database for 3 months after it has been completed.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Medido only provides personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blackened in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks.
