The Medido service will be expanded with the Zintouch Assist Platform. Thanks to this cooperation, more possibilities become available for home care organisations to automatically forward and follow up Medido calls.

Medido has grown into an indispensable service for dispensing medication remotely. Clients and care providers in the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Denmark now use the Medido service. The automatic medicine dispenser provides the right medication at the right time. Since 2014, Zintouch has been providing successful services in the field of flexible alarm handling within the healthcare chain. In addition, they are also active in the field of employee safety, home access, welfare notifications and lifestyle monitoring. The Medido service and the Zintouch Assist Platform are joining forces by starting an innovative collaboration.

A smart, digital care solution

Care organisations want a solution for notification and alarm follow-up that meets their needs and those of the client. All notifications generated by the smart medicine dispenser are normally passed on directly to the care or care centre.

Cooperation

Thanks to the link between the Medido platform and the Zintouch Assist Platform, it is now also possible to send notifications directly to the client. Think, for example, of a notification for a missed medication dispensation. The Zintouch Assist Platform then sends this notification directly to the client via email or a voice message. Notifications can be sent directly to a Zintouch smartphone or device.

Thanks to this efficient solution, Medido is able to provide customised services to home care. The cooperation helps clients with their self-reliance, care providers are supported and it contributes to the affordability of the care.
